Blanc de Bleu Brut
Winemaking Notes:
We pick our grapes at lower sugar levels to ensure that our wine has lower alcohol content. The fruit is pressed into stainless steel tanks for primary fermentation, and then secondary fermentation using the Charmat method. Adding a small amount of all natural blueberry extract offers the gentle perfume and tender flavors.
Food Pairing:
This sparkling wine pairs well with appetizers, sushi, and very light meals.
